Recycling of industrial waste

BASE Metal processes concentrates, slags, sludge, crucible breakage, chamotte and refinery waste.

CLEANING WASTE AND CONCENTRATES

High quality waste from fertilizer production, mining concentrates and other high quality bulk powder materials. Stripping wastes are residues based on various oxides that are formed during cleaning and other waste collection operations in the industrial processing of precious metals.

SLAGS AND SLUDGES

Slag includes ceramic residues from smelting or casting processes that contain only traces of precious metals.

Sludges are residues with a large amount of water, usually on an oxide carrier, residues from wet processing of precious metal materials, from waste gas scrubbers or from ore washing processes.

CRUSHING CRUCIBLES AND CHAMOTTE

Crucibles are composed of refractory clay, graphite or other type of ceramic used in the melting process of high quality precious metal materials and contaminated with absorbed metals after use.

Chamotte is a refractory ceramic lining from smelting shops contaminated with precious metal residues - for example, from metallurgical processes in the glass fiber industry.
