Why the price may change after inspection
A valuation based on a photo or code applies to a converter with intact ceramic.
If the inspection shows that part of the ceramic is missing, that the converter has burned out, or that its condition differs from the photo, we will recalculate the price and make a new offer.
If the new offer is not acceptable, the item can be returned at the customer’s expense.
On-site valuation
At the BASE METAL collection point:
- up to 5 converters identified by code — free of charge;
- from 5 units — €1.00 / unit;
- express analysis on the analyser — €5 / analysis;
- other analyses — by agreement.
