From Waste to Refined Material — Full In-House Processing

BMR processes electric motors, cables and automotive catalytic converters entirely in-house — from intake to finished material. We do not resell scrap to intermediaries. Every step is transparent: clients can observe the process in person or via cameras, and receive payment based on the actual composition of their material, not an approximate estimate.

Electric Motors — Dismantling on Our Own Line

We accept electric motors of any type and power rating, from household appliances to large industrial units. On our dedicated dismantling line, each motor is fully broken down into components: copper stator windings, aluminium or cast iron housing, and steel rotor.

The copper winding is separated and sorted by purity — this is the most valuable fraction. Each component is paid for separately at current market rates. This is fairer and more profitable than a generalised price per motor. We accept single units and large batches alike. Weighing is done in your presence. Payment on the same day.

Cable — Pure Copper Granulate Processed On-Site

Mixed cable, automotive wiring harnesses, industrial and telecom cables — all processed on our own granulation line. No outsourcing to third-party facilities.

The process includes shredding, mechanical separation of copper and insulation, and air separation of fractions. The output is clean copper granulate and a separate insulation fraction. The price we pay for your cable is based on the actual copper content, determined by precise analytical methods. We accept all types of cable, including enamelled wire.

Catalytic Converters and DPF Filters — From Intake to Refinery-Ready Powder

Automotive and industrial catalytic converters contain platinum, palladium and rhodium. The accuracy of measuring their content directly affects the payout — which is why we do not rely on catalogue prices as the sole tool.

On our line, each converter is inspected and given a preliminary assessment. The ceramic substrate is extracted from the housing using hydraulic shears and weighed in your presence. The ceramic is then crushed and ground to powder in a ball mill. Spectral XRF analysis determines the exact content of platinum group metals. The client receives an analysis certificate and may take a sample. The final price is calculated on the basis of exchange rates on the day of delivery — transparently and without hidden deductions. Batches up to 20 units are assessed by catalogue; from 21 units — by XRF analysis. The entire process is visible to the client.
